- Is there a service call fee to come out and diagnose?
- Yes there is! Depends on location, but our service charge ranges from $85-$100.
2. Does the service call apply to total balance?
- Yes, if you go ahead with the repair, that fee goes towards the final bill, so you aren't paying twice!
3. Is there an hourly labor rate?
- Nope! We don't charge by the hour. Instead, we have a flat labor rate which will be included in your total quote after the appliance is diagnosed.
4. Do you only sell the appliances listed on your website?
- Nope! We are able to order any Frigidaire, Midea, Electrolux, or LG appliance.
5. How can I see the used appliance inventory?
- Our used appliance inventory is constantly changing daily, so we highly recommend stopping by in-store or you can always message us and our amazing office ladies will be more than happy to send over what we have available!
6. If I special order an appliance, how long does it usually take to come in?
- Usually it is about 1-2 weeks at most
7. Do you offer warranties on new appliances?
- We sure do! We have 2 different warranty options to choose from. We have our own Baxter Appliance Extended Warranty and we also use a warranty company called New Leaf that has warranty options as well!
8. Do you offer any warranties for the used appliances?
- We sure do! Our used appliances automatically come with a 30 day warranty. But we also have a 30-day extended warranty through Baxter Appliance Repair that can be purchased.
